• Prepared default user and server operation systems images with default preinstalled software by himself;
• To one of department I implemented voip pbx first. Prepared image of pbx distribution for cloning and implementating to other departments. On-premise Skype for Business has been linked with ip pbx;
• Estaff server (tool for help with hiring) has been migrated to new server and optimize data storing - migrate it to PostgreSQL from file storage;

• Changed the operation system from windows to fedora in workstations of call-center employees.
